China Association for Public Companies Leadership Visits Das Intellitech, Encouraging Innovative Development in Shenzhen Enterprises

Experiencing firsthand, how does Das Intellitech innovate products and solutions?

The leaders of CAPCO and representatives from various enterprises visited Das Intellitech Building for an on-site inspection, experiencing firsthand the functions and applications of Das Intellitech's independently developed AIoT Intelligent IoT Control Platform. In the Das Intellitech IoT Technology and Smart Space Application Exhibition Center, the leaders and entrepreneurs visited Das Intellitech's development history, research and innovation, IoT terminal products, next-generation solutions, building energy-saving systems, as well as Das Intellitech's corporate culture and stories of combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chairman Liu Bang shared with the visiting guests the concept behind Das Intellitech's next-generation smart office building intelligent solutions. Considering the uncertainty of large-scale building space demands and the inconvenience of future debugging and changes, Das Intellitech divides the entire building into multiple unit spaces, adopts innovative space scene control systems, achieves customization, and is easy to design and iterate, providing users with a perceptible intelligent experience.

After listening to the sharing of innovative solutions presented in the Das Intellitech exhibition hall, President Song Zhiping commented, "This design is very ingenious."

Field research: How do Shenzhen enterprises innovate and develop?

During the subsequent symposium, President Song Zhiping inquired about the innovation and development strategies of Shenzhen enterprises, focusing on the overseas manufacturing strategies and ideas of Haopeng Technology and Oulu Tong, as well as the development strategy of Cast Dairy to establish a high-end brand. President Song Zhiping listened to the business strategies and practices shared by the representatives of the attending enterprises. President Song Zhiping stated, "Currently, China is the world's factory, and in the future, there will be opportunities for the world to become China's factory." President Song encouraged more Chinese companies to go overseas. At the same time, he hoped that Chinese companies would build high-end brands, "Moving from relying on scale and low-cost competition to gradually entering a path of high quality, high price, and high-end development."


Dialogue and exchanges: How do Shenzhen enterprises explore "Chinese-style management"?

Regarding corporate management and corporate culture, President Song expressed that Chinese enterprises should not only focus on products and benefits but also on management ideology, which must be respected once established.

In the past, many Chinese companies learned Western management theories, and later learned Japanese-style management. Currently, many Chinese companies are at the forefront of the world's development. It is not enough to only learn from Western management experiences; it must be combined with the specific practices of Chinese enterprises and, moreover, with China's excellent traditional culture. Chinese enterprises must have Chinese-style management, born from the 5,000 years of historical civilization and the system of 1.4 billion people, to truly integrate with the actual development of Chinese enterprises.


Chairman Liu Bang used the concept of innovative product development at Das Intellitech to illustrate President Song's guidance on "Chinese-style management," providing successful practices of Das Intellitech.

An example is the interactive screen at the entrance of the symposium meeting room. In the past, this screen was called the access control screen, designed as a security product to prevent unauthorized access. Chinese culture emphasizes not only suppressing individuals' egos but also inspiring their great selves. Therefore, it should not only prevent bad actors from entering but also welcome distinguished guests. It is precisely because of this concept that Das Intellitech can incorporate practical functions such as device control and information dissemination into the innovative research and development of products, connecting the entire space with people, and helping users achieve "green intelligence, warmth, and brightness."

President Song Zhiping was deeply impressed by Das Intellitech's integration of traditional culture and enterprise management practices and expressed his attention and anticipation for Das Intellitech's future growth.
